Summary

Long before the pandemic, in early 2019, PredicAire’s experienced founders realised a holistic and affordable end to end Care Management Solution (CMS) was essential if the social care sector was going to be truly digitised. The rising cost of care, lack of funding, and an ageing population have resulted in a perfect storm forcing the sector to adopt technology. After spending 2019 planning the technical requirements, development of the CMS began in the middle of 2020 and the pilot in two care homes in the East of England was successfully completed in H2 2021.

About the role

As a Business Development Executive, you will look forward to interacting with customers and deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring that their needs are fully understood and met. You will be the PredicAire champion and guide them through the sales process, providing advice and assistance with any queries they may have. Critical success factors being:

  • Highly motivated, driven, and a self starter
  • Quickly assess new customer opportunities leads from our database as well as engaging with your own network of contacts
  • Presenting, demonstrating, training the software to prospects either via online video call or face to face meetings
  • Taking prospect leads through an effective and consultative sales process ensuring a full sales cycle is executed and a good conversion level maintained
  • Strong organisational, analytical and follow up skills - happy to pick up new and varied tasks in a dynamic space
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and be results-oriented to meeting sales revenue targets
  • Working efficiently and effectively in a dynamic small team environment
  • Liaising with other departments and key managers within the business
  • Keeping up to date with developments within the industry

Key aspects of the role

  • Be fully averse and acquainted with the PredicAire software and its offering
  • Research and build an agreed target client list with a successful approach of execution (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic cold calling). Master the Selling Methodology
  • Set qualified meetings through cold calling and strategic outreach. Help build and prioritise strategic target account lists within a defined territory
  • Successfully delivering impactful client demos with a good onboarding client conversion ratio
  • Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts
  • Assist in being a key PredicAire client liaison executive
  • Actively participate in regular management meetings, i.e. weekly, delivering progress updates

Competencies

  • Minimum 3 years sales experience, ideally within CareTech
  • Degree level education
  • Excellent IT skills including experience of CRMs
  • Able to think long-term as well as short-term
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and be resilient
  • Data analysis
  • Objective, results and customer oriented
  • Ability to take ownership and deliver to deadlines
