Vinay spent 18 years as a Barrister before joining the social care sector as a care provider in 2013. He is an alumni of King’s College, London and a member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple. In 2021, he was named as one of the Top 100 Asian Stars in UK Tech. As a co-founder of PredicAire, Vinay brings his experience as a care provider whilst recognising the need for a holistic end to end care management solution. Vinay regularly participates in HealthTech thought leadership discussion forums.
His goal: Using his experience to ensure that care providers can use technology that is developed responsibly to achieve better outcomes for their residents and teams using Artificial Intelligence.
Founder & Managing Director
Having built a career in the Investment Banking industry spanning over two decades, Ketan set up his own SME advisory business in 2017. He is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a vivid Angel Investor. As a co-founder of PredicAire and a user of care, Ketan brings his first-hand experience of the frustrations and technological limitations of the care sector. He regularly contributes to thought leadership discussions in HealthTech innovations at leading industry webinars as well.
His goal: To ensure that ALL stakeholders in the care sector value chain are able to use cutting edge technology, in particular Artificial Intelligence, to proactively deliver better outcomes – something readily available in other sectors.
Founder & Senior Technical Advisor
After completing a BSc in Computer Science at Kings College London, where his final year project was on building an AI solution, Alex spent 25 years in building Advanced Analytics and AI solutions in global Financial Services (FS) institutions. His experience spans start-up, design/digital strategy and execution, with a specialism in Data Architecture, Metadata and Data Privacy. Alex is the ex-Lead for Data, Analytics and AI for Insurance consulting at IBM UK, and the FS Data and Analytics services lead for Genpact Europe. He is a Microsoft Azure Cloud Certified Architect and is PredicAire’s Senior Technical Advisor.
His goal: Bringing Artificial Intelligence to the care sector, and ensuring that its use is maximised as it is in other sectors.
Founder
Kaushal’s journey in social care started in 2013, working alongside Vinay in establishing care homes in the East of England. He has always been passionate about using technology to add value and create frictionless experiences for all users in whichever industry he has worked in.
Kaushal is a budding entrepreneur and startup investor. He oversees sales and marketing and has an agile role as he is always keen to grow and learn.
His goal: Improving the quality of life.
Rob is a senior social care professional with extensive experience in running care homes for two large corporate providers. In a career spanning over twenty years, he has undertaken a variety of roles starting from being a Carer to becoming a Home Manager, and Regional Manager to Director of Operations.
As a member of PredicAire’s Advisory Board, Rob brings his extensive experience in all aspects of care provision, including quality assurance and home inspections.
His goal: To ensure that PredicAire assists care providers in achieving effective governance to ensure positive outcomes for people living in care settings.
